12.   110 Distribution Frame
　

1)  Application

110 distribution frame is used in machine room or distribution room. One side is for termination of voice / network trunk lines and subscriber lines, and the other side is for connection of exchange joints of network exchange equipment and telephone centers.

2)  Structure

High density of 110 IDC termination is for vertically or horizontally cabling. It can be installed on wall or 19" standard rack.

3)  Materials

a) Plastic Parts: flame-retardant plastic ( conforming to GB4609/FV-0 grade or UL94V-0 );
b) IDC Terminals: bronze with silver-plating;

4)  Mechanical Properties

a) Frequency of Operations: IDC terminal: termination more than 200 times;
b) Suggested External Diameter of Terminated Wire: less than 1.27 mm;
c) Suggested Conductor diameter of Terminated Wire: 0.40 mm ~ 0.65 mm.

    5)  Electrical Properties

a) Insulation Resistance: more than 1,000 Mohm;
b) No Spark-over under DC 1,000 v/min;
c) Termination Resistance: less than 20 mohm under normal atmospheric condition.
